About Us

Our Purpose

The Adelphia Design Alliance is an alliance of diverse and independent architectural, engineering, and other design firms in support of a common purpose – to help each other achieve our highest potential to thrive in a growing industry.

While design firms work to increase revenues and maximize profits and for some through expanding reach and services, the pursuit of delivering consistent, high-quality solutions to clients while managing growth is becoming increasingly challenging. Additionally, the A/E industry is facing unprecedented challenges in recruiting, retention, talent development, advancing technology, marketing, business development, and communications.

The best way to overcome these challenges is through collaboration. Adelphia was formed out of a desire to provide a place for A/E firms to collaborate and solve industry challenges together by sharing best practices in a rapidly changing workforce environment.
